Located on Pleasure Point in Santa Cruz, this modest second home plays host to a dedicated surfer and his family. From the upper floor kitchen and family room, the homeowner can watch the ocean and see the waves. When the fog rolls in, the outdoor fire pit, with life-like steel logs, is a favorite gathering spot for the neighborhood. Features include Corten exterior stairs, stainless steel handrails at balconies, a linear fireplace with steel surround, and Ipe decking and walks. Conrado Home Builders was also responsible for installing all of the sitework and landscaping.
