Four stories tall and covering more than 14,000 square feet, this 1920s Los Gatos estate home is considered one of the "grand dames" of the South Bay. Our first step was to gut the home back to the studs. We then installed all new systems and finishes. While the exterior was left as-is to preserve its historical nature, the existing single glazed steel windows were replaced with new steel sash and frames.Thankfully, we were able to save the unique “wave” shingle roof and patch it to match the original design.
