In the beginning, this home was a Colonial two-story mansion. We removed the second floor, gutted the lower floor, and worked to create the owner’s dream: an old Tuscan home surrounded by a vineyard. This amazing project took place while the family lived in the attached garage apartment. Together, we achieved the dream and now harvest Conrado Cellar grapes from the homeowner’s vineyard.
