This updated Ranch house epitomizes the California dream. By updating this home, we helped an active family segue into the 21st century. First, we removed the center section of the home, which allowed us to expand the family room and remodel the kitchen. We replaced the wood siding as well as the roofing. Amazingly, we preserved the existing landscaping even as we demolished nearly half of the home.
