Conrado was fortunate to be involved with one of the few Art Nouveau residences ever built in North America. This gem features an entry with a wave single roof and beveled glass panels that form the framework for the custom-built, over-sized cherry door. A pristine white kitchen inside the home “positively gleams,” thanks to the creative use of Lexus car paint. The living room represents the curvilinear designs of the legendary Belgian architect, Victor Horta. Unique materials were combined to create a dramatic and flowing foyer, including pewter-plated wrought iron with sweeping, undulating ribbons, slab limestone stairs, and curved seamless limestone baseboards.
