Business Experience

Paul has more than 25 years of experience in residential construction, building homes for company Founders, CEOs, CFOs, Venture Capitalists, Ph.D.s, head coaches, Olympic champions and artists. He has been called "a CEO's Builder."

PRC Construction, founded in Los Gatos in 1981, was Paul’s first construction endeavor. In 1988, The Conrado Company, Inc. was formed.

Prior to 1980, Paul worked as a civil engineer for Creegan and D’Angleo. Then, he served as a surveyor and engineer for the Town of Los Gatos.

Family

Paul and his wife, Libby, met at Santa Clara University, married and completed their MBAs together. Their two adult children, Rob and Colleen, graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory and St. Francis High School, respectively. Rob graduated from Dartmouth College and is now attending Cornell University working toward a doctorate in bio-molecular engineering. Colleen graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and is pursing a career in graphic design. Paul and Libby are Saratoga residents and reside in an original 1940s Adobe home with brick floors and thick adobe walls.

Hobbies

Paul is a nationally recognized amateur winemaker and an avid golfer. He has a vineyard at his home and bottles wine under the label Conrado Cellars. He creates wines that have won multiple gold medals at national competitions. Paul and Libby also enjoy adventure travel. Their family trips include hiking and rafting the Grand Canyon, trekking through the Amazon jungle, exploring Patagonia and climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
