Our client homes range in size from 2,500 square feet to 15,000 square feet with project timelines from six months to three years and budgets ranging from $750,000 to above $6 million.
The Conrado Company has an organized approach to budget development. We write project-specific scopes of work for each trade (typically between 25 to 60 trades) with your specifications. In addition, each scope of work contains the Conrado quality expectations for each subcontractor. We get fixed price bids based on the scope of work from our subcontractors. We analyze each bid to ensure accuracy and create a budget for you with the scopes of work and specifications. During construction, we prepare legal subcontracts to secure the subcontractor for the prescribed work, price and schedule.
We have five to eight concurrent projects in progress with three project managers and other field staff to ensure quality consistent construction quality.
The Conrado Company offers pre-construction consulting. Construction consulting is a team-based approach to designing your home. Construction consulting guides you through the development phases of your project. The team established by you, your architect and other team members you select (i.e. interior designer) recieve construction feasibility and cost information from us. Using this consulting method, you are more likely to design what is feasible for you to build. We attend design meetings to manage the design timeline.
