Conrado homes budgets range from $200,000 to more than $8 million.

Conrado Home Builders has an organized approach to budget development.

  • We write project-specific scopes of work for each trade (typically between 25 to 60 trades) that include your custom specifications. Each scope of work includes Conrado quality expectations for all of the project subcontractors.

  • We obtain fixed price bids based on the scope of work from our subcontractors.

  • Each bid is analyzed to ensure accuracy.

  • Using these bids, we create a budget for you with the scopes of work and specifications.

  • During construction, we prepare legal subcontracts to secure the subcontractor for the prescribed work, price and schedule. We create a real budget, which we use to track costs throughout the life cycle of your project.

We have four to eight concurrent projects in progress with three project managers and other field staff to ensure consistent construction quality.

Conrado offers pre-construction consulting. This team-based approach to designing your home helps guide you through the development phases of your project. Your Conrado project manager works with your established team (you’re your architect, and other professionals) to understand feasibility and cost information. We also work with you and your designer to create a realistic design timeline. Using this consulting method, you are more likely to build or renovate a home that is right for you and your projected budget.
