This exterior picture of the home shows a railing on the roof which is made to look like the roof has a deck. Though there is not actually a deck on the roof, this feature stays faithful to the architectural period of the home. The roof is made from copper and slate, which are extremely durable materials that will last for hundreds of years without needing replacement. The customized brick patio has a brick drain which doesn’t interrupt the aesthetics of this unique outdoor living area. All of the shutters on the home are real wood that can be closed as well.
