How the HomeCare Program Works

The HomeCare Program is a one-year, renewable program. Upon signing up, our clients pay a one-time fee alongside an annual renewal fee. After every year of participation in the program, we send out a detailed list of every maintenance, repair, or remodeling task that has been carried out that year. After analyzing that annual report, our clients choose from the renewal checklist which maintenance items they want to continue for the next year.
