Tom Ferguson joined Conrado after a career in large financial institutions. Tom was formerly an executive at Rabobank, a global cooperative focused on Food & Agriculture, where he held various leadership roles in strategy, innovation, sustainability and business development, most recently leading the client desk of the Rabo Carbon Bank, where he focused on making markets in carbon credits across the food value chain. Before that, he was a Vice President at Wells Fargo Securities focused on risk management products.
Originally from New Orleans, Tom moved to California in 2008 and immediately discovered a love of the people, the food, and the incredible outdoors. Out of the office, you might find him spending time with his wife Colleen and their daughter – hiking, sailing, skiing, or otherwise in motion.
Tom earned a BS in Computer Information Systems from Loyola University New Orleans, and a JD and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
