Colleen Conrado Ferguson

President and Principal

Colleen Conrado Ferguson became President of Conrado Home Builders after nearly a decade of working at the firm in an array of capacities, including Project Coordinator, Director of HomeCare, Project Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. In her tenure at Conrado she has been a part of construction of nearly 30 homes and has maintained over 60 homes. A graduate of the Sam Fox School at Washington University in Saint Louis and Saint Francis High School, she has been in and out of the construction business her entire life. Under her leadership, Conrado’s legacy of building enduring homes and relationships will continue to flourish.

In her down time, Colleen also loves to hike and travel with her husband Tom and daughter.
