Paul Conrado
Founder
Paul Conrado is the founder and member of the Board of Directors of Conrado Home Builders. He has built more than 100 custom estate homes for executives and entrepreneurs throughout the Peninsula and Silicon Valley. Paul earned both his civil engineering and MBA degrees from Santa Clara University. Paul and his wife Libby reside in a historic adobe home in Saratoga and have two adult children, Colleen and Rob.
To Paul, life is a continuous learning experience. Whether he’s advising the team on building a waterslide complete with a “Tarzan” swing rope into a homeowner’s hillside pool or climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, Paul approaches business and every challenge the same way – organized and methodical. Paul believes in working in a collaborative manner and encourages collaboration on project decisions. He brings his best to the business, giving his attention, building experience and even a little touch of humor.
Outside work, Paul spends time making wine, tending his vegetable garden, adventure trekking, making artisan bread, and playing golf.
