Los Gatos Tuscan Manor

This sprawling three story Tuscan Manor is located in the hills of Los Gatos. All three floors are connected by a beautiful winding staircase, and the ceilings are accented by antique hand-hewn wooden beams. The master bath features a custom-tiled floating tub with a special arched shower.

The manor has a fully finished basement and an attached round garage, designed to mimic an old water cistern. Complete with an olive grove and natural California vegetation, the property includes the main house and a guest house, both of which have roofs made from imported clay tile. Los Altos Hills Winery

This 12-acre Los Altos Hills Tuscan-style beauty was the Conrado Company’s first winery. Designed with the environment in mind, the winery was built using reclaimed lumber ceiling beams and bamboo floors. The structure itself has several features to help streamline the wine-making and bottling process – exposed truss ceilings, premium ventilation, tons of natural light, and large carriage house-style garage doors for easy deliveries and shipping.
